What services do you provide?

We provide 1:1 in-home and community-based ABA therapy, family and caregiver training, and service collaboration and support.

Who is eligible to receive services?

Everyone! Many insurance companies regulate ABA services and have varying eligibility criteria. Please consult with your insurance provider or contact us for more detailed information.

Do you have to have Autism to be eligible for services?

No! ABA is an effective treatment for humans. However, many insurance companies regulate ABA services and who is eligible. Please contact your insurance provider or contact us for more information.

Is there a wait list for services?

No! Give us a call, email, direct message, or complete the online intake form to get started.

How many hours of services will my child receive?

All services are individualized and therefore hours will vary for each client, depending on need and authorization.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes! We accept Medicaid, Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, and Optum/United (TriCare/Humana, Virginia Premier, and Optima pending)

Do you accept private pay?

Yes, please contact the office to discuss specifics regarding payment options for out-of-pocket services.

Do you accept Medicaid Waivers?

Can ATBS diagnose my child?

No. ATBS does not currently perform diagnostic assessments or evaluations. However, we are happy to provide resources to assist you in finding a diagnosing physician that accepts your insurance.

What ages do you serve?

Under Medicaid, we provide services for clients up to age 21. We also accept clients over the age of 21 if authorized by their insurance providers or alternatively paying.
